Lifetime Warranty

I didn’t receive any of your products.

I bought my Slimgleam belt on October 31, 2024. I really like the belt but by February, a small wire broke in the power source and the belt stopped working. I purchased the Lifetime Warranty and have tried to contact the company no less than 6 times to request a replacement $9 power source. I’ve never gotten a response from this company. I still can’t use the Slim Gleam belt. I will be contacting the BBB.
