Lifetime Warranty

Wasn’t too happy I received the product. I also ordered the remote control to go with it. It did not work the red light wand or whatever doesn’t even go red. I don’t even know what that’s supposed to be the $50 gift card was not there. The stretchy bands were not there. The waistband was not there. I reported this three times before nothing has happened. You guys have not yet got back to me. I’m not satisfied at all.

I only got the plate and a very cheap remote.. nothing else. No sweat belt, or bands or gift card…

No packing slip. No promo items. Scam

Never received product

I am so disappointed. I never received my order and I have reached out several times no response. I received a text asking how did I like the product but nothing was ever sent to me. At this point I just want my refund back. Could someone please reach out to me since there's no way of calling
