I got the item but never received the $50.00 gift card never received the waist ban never received the stretch bands the remote I paid extra for does not work and neither does the red light face wrinkle remover but the mschjne works fine I would like to know if I’m gonna receive the other items or not.

I never received the remote control for the Slim Gleam, or the facial wand or the $50 gift card. Only one package came and it was the belt, sweat belt, and the resistance band. I can't speak to how good it is.

I can not plug this in because it’s plastic prong not American plug.
